Due to COVID-19, all services may be booked for in person or through video. When booking your phone or video consultation, please note which option you would prefer for future sessions.
I make every attempt to remind you of your upcoming appointments. I recognize that you may not be able to keep your appointment. If possible, I ask that you provide a 24 hour notice for all cancellations or as soon as you determine you are unable to keep your appointment. In the event that no notice is given, you will be required to pay 100% of the missed session and will be unable to schedule any new appointments until your balance is resolved.
